To fix the situation, the lady will ask for help in gathering votes in the city council to appoint the status of the city bathhouse. By agreeing to help, you will start the quest.

Head to the bathhouse at the southwestern city gates.

Talk about the councilor with the washers: Kachka, Meaty Manka, and Little Lida.

Lida will agree to share information if you bring her a beautiful dress, such as a lady's cotardie. It can be purchased from the local tailor. You can negotiate with the other girls either by bribery or persuasion. As a result, you will learn that the councilor is afraid of fleas and cannot stand chamomile. And a rare foreign essential oil is added to his bath.

Find the wine barrel on the penultimate floor of the bathhouse. Before the stairs leading to the attic, turn right and enter the room, closing the door behind you so no one sees you.
