Crack Down — top-down arcade action game. Using a top-down perspective, the player controls either Ben or Andy, a pair of agents tasked with stopping the mad scientist Mr. X from taking over the world. They progress through several timed levels, planting bombs and destroying cyborg enemies using weapons ("machine gun" and "cannon" can be swapped) and smart bombs (which destroy all enemies on screen). The goal of each stage is to plant all the bombs and escape before their overall timer goes off.
