Catherine is an adventure arcade puzzle game with visual novel elements. The game will tell the story of computer scientist Vincent, who is experiencing the peak of a personal crisis in a relationship. He has a girlfriend, Catherine, who is waiting for a marriage proposal, but Vincent is clearly not ready for life together. Therefore, he starts an affair on the side, meeting the sexy blonde Ekaterina in a bar. She quickly seduces Vincent and he finds himself in a relationship with two women at the same time. It would seem — live and be happy, but the unlucky Romeo notices that he has terrible nightmares in which Catherine rapes him and then tries to kill him. Catherine на PS3 в свое время поразила. Это был самый уникальный сплав двух жанров: мистического триллера и экшен-головоломки. Мозги тренировала отлично. Потом, там играла аранжированная классика: Верди, Шопен — за это жирный респект! И вообще за эту игру можно спокойно продать всё лгбт-сообщество. Все равно от них один вред.
Harus saya akui, saya memainkannya di PC, terutama versi Klasiknya. Game ini menarik, menurut saya lebih cocok untuk penggemar anime. Alurnya juga lumayan. Hanya saja ada satu hal yang agak membingungkan... yaitu, Vincent, sang tokoh utama, yang menurut alurnya harus memilih di antara dua gadis, ternyata lebih condong ke arah pacarnya daripada selingkuhannya. Meskipun reaksinya kurang baik, atau pemain membuktikan sepanjang permainan bahwa ia hanya ingin melihat selingkuhannya di ranjang (dan secara umum), game ini tetap menampilkan cutscene yang membuat kita berpikir ia berusaha menyingkirkan selingkuhannya, padahal ia hanya mencintai gadis itu. Должен сказать, что играл в неё на ПК и именно версию Classic. Игра интересная, думаю больше подходит анимешникам. Сюжет тоже не плохой. Только немного смущает кое что… а именно то, что Винсент, главный герой, который по сюжету должен выбрать как бы одну из двух девушек, на самом деле более предрасположен к своей девушке, ежели у любовнице, даже если будет отвечать девушке хуже или игрок всей своей игрой докажет, что хочет в постели видеть (да и в общем тоже) только любовницу, то игра все равно показывает ролики, по которым можно подумать, что от любовницы он пытается избавиться, а любит только девушку. Непонятки, эх. А в остальном прикольная игра. Играешь перед сном, а потом всю ночь думаешь как бы пройти этот дранный уровень, вскоре после чего становишься пациентом псих больницы.
